Yet again, another floral romper that features a peep hole and a ruffled hemline! I wasn’t lying when I told you I would be living in these all summer. I actually wore this outfit to an outdoor concert last week, so I thought I would share some of my style tips that I take into consideration while dressing for a concert. My main must have during a concert is a cross body bag. You want to listen to music, dance, and enjoy yourself without having to worry about misplacing your bag or God forbid someone stealing it off your seat. Keep your hands free!

During an outdoor, summer concert, I think rompers are always a good option; they are light weight, comfortable, and super cute. Lastly, if you know you’re going to be on your feet all night, don’t hesitate to wear sneakers. Believe me, I had one too many pairs of cute heels/ wedges that I could’ve paired with this look, but I knew I wouldn’t be able to fully enjoy myself for the rest of the night if I decided to opt for those. Besides, the sneakers actually did my look justice…and were comfortable! Although Trixie couldn’t attend, she made up for it by dressing the part in a colorful ensemble. She was there in spirit! <3

So, the concert I went to was called KTUphoria which was hosted by a local radio station, 103.5 KTU. It featured many talented artists – my 2 favorites being the Backstreet Boys and Enrique Iglesias. My boyfriend and I wouldn’t miss an opportunity to see the Backstreet Boys, so anytime they are performing locally, we don’t let anything stop us from seeing them. The weather was perfect, we had incredible seats, and the music was great. We have been to many concerts, but this had to have been the best concert I’ve ever attended… due to the fact that Enrique Iglesias kissed me on the lips! If you’re wondering how that ended up happening, I still don’t know myself, and I’m still as starstruck and shocked as I was when it had just happened. To summarize it, Enrique came to the side stage, and, just like every other girl, I jumped out of my seat and ran to get as close as I could to him.

He was taking pictures with fans and letting them sing into his microphone to one of his hits, “I Like It.” I was in the middle of getting my camera ready on my phone in order to score a selfie with him, but my phone was freezing. In my head, I was freaking out because I knew in 10 seconds he would be back on center stage singing, and I would’ve lost my opportunity for a photo. During the phone chaos, I looked up to make sure he was even still there. We made eye contact, and he ended up staring back at me. In the matter of a nanosecond, he leaned over, grabbed my neck, and kissed me! Everyone around me was screaming out shouts of excitement and encouragement for me, but all I could hear was noise…I was in total shock. It was truly a once in a lifetime moment, where I couldn’t help but feel special! Unfortunately, I only came across one decent video, but you can barely make out (pun intended) that it was me he was kissing, but regardless, I will link it below so you could still share the moment with me! When you’re 10 seconds into the video, you will see him bend down, and that is when it happened! You are all probably wondering how my boyfriend felt about the situation… Well, he took it better than I expected, despite what he had to watch. Although, that moment was absolutely incredible…my boyfriend is the only guy I could ever imagine myself kissing :)!

Hope you enjoyed reading about my encounter with Enrique Iglesias, and I hope you take my tips into consideration while dressing for your next summer concert! Let me know your thoughts by leaving a comment below, and don’t forget to subscribe! Wishing you a wonderful week ahead!
