Sweater Dress & Over The Knee Boots

A sweater dress is such a wardrobe staple in the fall/winter months! When I received this one from Romwe, I have to admit I wasn’t immediately taken by it. I originally tried it on with tights and booties, but when I looked in the mirror I wasn’t loving my appearance. For some reason I felt bigger than I was. The bulkiness of the sweater definitely didn’t help with this, but that’s what you get when you need warmth from an outfit! It took me a while to style it until I was happy. Once I opted for over the knee boots rather than booties, I was way more reassured. Since this sweater dress is chunky, I recommend pairing it with over the knee boots for a more slimming appearance! The boots I am wearing are from ZooShoo and they are under $50 and the dress from Romwe is under $30, making this entire look under $100!! Does it get better than that? I highly doubt it!
